Why are there two prices listed for the same service?
Sometimes our practitioners are able to use their own home as the venue which significantly reduces costs - which they pass on to you. Sometimes the same service can be offered online - this also reduces the cost. When practitioners use their own home we carry out a facilities check regularly to ensure everything is up to standard.
How do I pay for sessions?
We want you to keep coming to your club sessions but we know that times are tough. We want to price our services fairly to enable people to prioritise their self care. Your first taster session is free. We then ask that you pay for 4 sessions in advance. After the 4 sessions you can choose to pay for the next 4 or if you are no longer able to attend we can find you another club, or you are under no obligation to continue. You pay directly at your club.
What if I can't attend one week?
You will be reminded that the next pay instalment is due. At the time of booking you will need to notify your club facilitator in advance if there are sessions you can't make during the 4 week period, and they will adjust your payment. This is really helpful for planned holidays! If you are unwell one week sadly we can't reimburse you, as we need a steady financial commitment to ensure the regular booking of the staff, facilities and other costs.
Can I choose to pay as I go instead?
You can, but the PAYG price is always significantly higher as we want you to ideally commit to the process. Aspects such as coaching, meditation and mindfulness require regular practise for you to see the benefits!
