We run additional classes such as worship dance sessions in local school halls - a great way to experience positive movement but in the context of praise.
We also run various life point classes but with Biblical contexts and prayer as part of the meetings.
calm classes for baby, child and mum
After an initial 6 week course in baby massage, our classes develop into relaxing sensory weekly meet ups for you and your little one. The group grows with you, as you complete the initial course then go on to new modules involving a deeper sensory experience for both of you. Bonding, calming and sleep supporting. From £8 per week

These clubs involve regular life coaching and support, pampering and mindfulness in a Christian context. They include times of prayer and Biblical reflection. Music used for the sessions is contemporary and traditional worship music. From £8 per week

All our clubs have a social time and a learning discovery session which we call the 'meeting' section. This is where information is provided around hormonal changes, diet, techniques and more - all from qualified menopause wellness practitioners. What you choose to do then depends on the club you attend ..
Meeting, meditation and massage - These groups are smaller and involve massage or sensory treatments as part of the class. Great for deep relaxation once a week! Due to the small size these can also be arranged for groups of existing friends at your house with programmes more bespoke to you. From £15 per week.
Meeting, mindfulness and make - These groups are a little bigger and allow for more creative mindful practices such as painting, free stitching and clay. Sessions end with mindful reflection rather than meditation. From £15 per week (all materials are included and you keep what you create!)
Meeting, movement and meditation - an exercise class is included to help build physical strength, reduce weight if needed, and release those endorphins! The session ends with Hygge calm nurturing time and guided meditation. From £8 per week
Any session involving massage will require you to ideally wear a vest or bandeau top so the therapist can have access to your neck muscles. All our services are fully clothed. For our clubs we recommend loose comfortable clothing that makes you feel happy!
